Split pay

1. What is Split-Pay (Instalment Card)?

Split-Pay lets you use your card with a credit limit and convert every purchase into 4 monthly instalments.

2. How does it work?

You can switch between Balance and My Credit from the top of your card page.

  • If My Credit is selected, all your card transactions will use your Split-Pay credit limit and be split into instalments.
  • If Balance is selected, all transactions will be made using your wallet balance.

3. How do I repay?

You can go to your Split-Pay (My Credit) page and click on Pay Now against the due instalment to make a payment.

4. What is the interest rate?

An interest of 6.33% per month is applied on your transactions. The exact amount is shown in your statement.

5. How many instalments do I pay?

Each transaction is split into 4 monthly instalments.

6. Can I repay early?

Yes, you can repay early by clicking Pay Now on your Split-Pay page against the instalment.

7. Can I repay a specific transaction early?

Yes, go to the transaction details page and select Repay to close that transaction early.

8. When is my statement generated and when do I need to pay?

Your statement is generated on the 28th of every month.

You get 7 days to pay without any late fees. After that:

  • A late fee is applied
  • Your card may be temporarily blocked until payment is made

9. What happens if I miss a payment?

Your card may be temporarily blocked, and late fees may apply until you clear your dues.

10. Where can I see my due amount?

You can see your total amount due, due date, and breakdown on your Split-Pay page and statement page.

11. Where can I use this card?

Split-Pay can be used for AED transactions within the UAE.

It cannot be used for:

  • ATM withdrawals
  • Wallet top-ups
  • International transfers

12. Can I switch back to my wallet balance?

Yes, you can switch between Balance and My Credit anytime from the card page.

13. What is my available credit limit?

Your available credit is shown on your Split-Pay card and updates after every transaction and repayment.
